Here are photos of our most recent Yoga 2 Calm session, at the Centre in the Park. Our yoga sessions are for our autistic children and their parents (siblings welcome too") to teach calmness to our extra special children.
This will be our last session until September when we hope to organise regular sessions on Saturdays. Be sure to check towards the end of the Summer holidays (either here or on our Facebook page) for details and to book your places!
